Join us for a joyful, tail-wagging morning at Skiptown Denver for a 1-hour outdoor yoga session led by Liv Schneider from 12th House Yoga. We'll be accompanied by adorable rescue puppies from Soul Dog Rescue that will available for adoption. Afterwards, hang out with friends and order a FREE drink (courtesy of MHYP) from Skiptown’s cafe / bar. This is the fall event of the season!

Spots are limited to 25 guests so grab your ticket early -- $15 for MHYP members / $20 for non-members. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated directly to Soul Dog Rescue.

What to Bring:
ID (IDs are required!)
Yoga clothing of choice (recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a layer)
Yoga Mat
Water bottle
Towel (optional)
Donation items for Soul Dog Rescue (optional)

Dog food (Kirkland Brand, preferred)
Canned kitten / puppy food
Paper towels, puppy pads
55-gallon trash bags
Scotch tape, 2 pocket folders and Sharpies
Ice trays, clickers (for training)
Lick matts, treat dispensers, slip leads
100-ft, heavy duty hoses
Bleach, dish & laundry soap (cruelty-free)

Parking & Check-in: Aim to arrive at 9:45am to get signed in and set up! Park in available, unmarked parking in front of Skiptown and walk up the stairs and through the front entrance to check in at the front desk. You’ll need to fill out a waiver and have your ID scanned by Skiptown staff. Afterwards you’ll be guided by a MHYP volunteer to the outdoor yoga area.

Soul Dog is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue organization founded with the mission to spay/neuter and protect animals. They travel to rural communities on Native American reservations and volunteer with veterinarians to provide spaying and neutering services at no cost to the public.
